Vacant Lot:
Virtual Tour with 1 Panorama, 4 – 6 stills.	$180.00
Residential Basic:
Virtual Tour with 2 Panoramas, 12 – 16 stills. Recommended for most 2-3 bedroom homes	$360.00
Residential Plus:
Virtual Tour with 3 Panoramas, 16– 20 stills. Recommended for 3-4 bedroom homes up to 2500 sq ft.	$420.00
Residential Grand:
Virtual Tour with 4 Panoramas, 18 – 24 stills. Recommended for homes 25oo – 4000 sq ft or large acreage	$480.00
Residential Elite:
Virtual Tour with 4 - 5 Panoramas, 20 - 30 stills. Recommended for homes 4000 - 5000 sq ft or unique properties	$525.00
Custom:
Virtual Tour for properties over 5000 sq ft and/or special requests	Call for quote

Ala Carte
Minimum Shoot: Includes up to 10 still images	$150.00

Travel: Beyond 25 mile radius of Waimea office – per mile	$1.50
Photoshop Editing & Other services – per hour	$60.00
